Please let us all know when you plan on arriving/departing Deming, or what days you have vacation if you already live there. Also anything else you want us to know.

Gutierrez family will be arriving Friday the 27th. We don't know where we will be staying. I think one offer was Kevin's Shop? We hope to stay the next week but don't know how long.
The general plan was to have all major meals at Kevin's; so we won't be hauling tables, condiments, etc from house to house daily. Breakfast by yourself or the host family; lunches to be packed, as each day will have an activity planned. Those left behind are on their own. We'll rent a portajohn to ease the stress on his septic system. I have a 9x11 tent for kids to sleep in.
I think the Joys are staying in my big trailer. We will most probably still have the pop-up trailer also, for whoever doesn't have reservations yet (Glen?). If two families stay with me, I'd also rent a portajohn, since we already have to wait in line for the bathroom!

We are staying at Kevin & Valerie's, day tbd. We are flying so any food we contribute will be $ or buy when we get there.
